Use 1: staff intervention / facility management. To alert a control center, automatically trigger staff intervention (such as maintenance, cleaning, management). Criteria can be defined by the customer directly. A magnetic sensor is built in to track time and delays interventions, and then to analyze the potential impact that these have on satisfaction level.
Use 2: real-time customer satisfaction management. Customers, passengers, visitors or employees are invited to rate a service and answer a question by pressing one 1 of 4 buttons (smileys, numbers, thumb up / thumb down). Satisfaction data may be integrated with other data, like team schedules or restaurant menus.

Smilio Action « 3 Smileys » is a satisfaction terminal composed of three connected buttons which allow to interact in real-time with customers in order to know their satisfaction level. In case of dissatisfaction or malfunction, an alert can be sent by SMS in order to trigger, for example, the intervention of a technician.
Thanks to an integrated badging system, Smilio Action is able to time-and-date staff interventions (Proof of Presence).
Smilio Action uses wireless communication network LoRaWAN™. It works without Wi-Fi, 3G or Ethernet (no infrastructure work required to install it).
With ultra-compact dimensions, Smilio Action is an easy-to-deploy solution in all types of environments, indoor or outdoor.
It can be installed on a table or a counter, fixed to a wall or any kind of vertical support. Beware however not to position the device near an electromagnetic source or a magnet.
Smilio Action is a hermetic (IP65) and temperature-resistant box (from -40°C to +60°C).
Smilio Action works with 2 batteries (AA Lithium Thionyl Chloride 3,6 Volts) with a life-time of up to 8 years (depending on the configuration).
The keypad does not include any moving part, offering many advantages:
- An exceptional level of durability (possibly millions of operations)
- An easy cleaning and maintenance due to a closed system with no edge or gap between buttons and the keypad

Configuration and data access
Smilio Action can be configured from remote locations via Downlink: data transmission (immediate, periodic or combined), management of blocking and timing between the button pressures.
All the collected data are freely accessible:
- Through an API
- Integrated with your existing CAAM and BI systems
- Sent by email in periodic reports
- Viewed on cloud standard or custom-made dashboards (Google Data Studio, PowerBI, Cognos, etc.)
From 200 ordered pieces, Smilio Action can be fully customized to match your own design: box color, shapes, number and color of buttons (Smileys, numbers, pictos, etc.), printing of logo, special treatments protecting against bacteria, UV rays or scratches.

Hi there. We have our own software in relation to measuring customer feedback which is predominantly done online or via email. We use a three smiley approach as well. Is it possible to point this device to our dashboard instead of the data service available? For instance, a customer clicks on one of the three faces, these faces are connected to our system and results are transmitted instead of to your dashboard, they appear on ours. Thanks.
A: Dear Andrew, Yes, it is possible. The product is provided without any dashboard or web services. Therefore, you have 2 possibilities: 1. Collect and use the raw payload directly from you LoRaWAN platform (Actility, Orange, etc.). For that, you will need the user manuel (provided). It requires to build a basic, but robust API to convert the raw payload into usable data. 2. Use the Skiply API, that will convert and push the data directly into your system. Solution 2 is not included in the price of the device (I stay at your disposal if you need a quote). Best regards,
